Wyatt’s Spinach Balls

The children devoured these before we had a chance to try them. Oh well, even Popeye wouldn’t have had a chance.

1 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
3 eggs
1 Package Frozen chopped Spinach
1/4 cup butter

Combine ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Roll out and bake 15 minute @ 350 °
