Do you have any recipes that you don’t know where you got them? This is one of those recipes. But it really adds something elegant to an ordinary piece of fresh crusty bread. It’s one of those once in awhile treats since we have cut way back on butter.
1 cup chilled butter cut into pats
1/4 cup Mother’s Mountain Tomato Catchup
1/2 cup minced Basil
2 tsp finely chopped Garlic
2 Tblsp grated lemon
Combine all into a food processor mixing well.
