Ruth’s Channel Road Cheese Crisps

What an easy & special tasting little cocktail cookie….This was another one of Ruth’s “watching the traffic go by and listening to the channel marker bell” that we all enjoyed immensely.

2 pkg grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
2 cups flour
4 Tblsp of Mother’s Mountain Zesty Honey Mustard
2 cups rice crispies

Blend first 3 ingredients with blender. Than fold in rice crispies. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
