1 lb Fresh green asparagus
1/4 lb Monterey Jack Cheddar
1/2 lb thinly sliced ham
1/2 cup Mother’s Mountain Dijon Dill Sauce
Place fresh asparagus in an inch of water in a wide flat pan, a large frying pan will work just fine. Cook but don’t overcook. Gently place asparagus on towel to dry off excess water. Lay a thin slice of ham on plate and place asparagus and one thin sliver of cheddar on the ham. Roll up each asparagus individually in this manner, Place on large microwavable serving dish. Microwave for one minute. Pour Mother’s Mountain Dijon Dill Sauce over all.
