Healthy, hardy and very tasty!
1/3 lb. of your favorite macaroni or past
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 cup of celery
1/2 Bermuda Onion, chopped
1/2 cup of pimento stuffed green olives, sliced
1/4 lb. chopped Genoa salami
2 Tblsp fresh Basil chopped
2 Tblsp fresh parsley chopped
Dash of thyme
3/4 cup of Dijon Dill Sauce
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Cook Macaroni or pasta as directed, drain and cool. In a bowl, combine macaroni with green pepper, onions, olives, salami, basil, thyme and Dijon Dill Sauce. Mix thoroughly, sprinkle ground pepper on top and refrigerate.
