This simple little dish is always a huge crowd pleaser…

1 Quart Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Jar Mother’s Mountain Blackberry Port Jam
1/2 Cup Port Wine
Whipped Cream

Combine Jam and Port Wine. This combination can be served as-is, can be simmered to cook off the alcohol and served warm, & is also delicious after simmering & cooling. Whatever your preference, take the final product and drizzle it over scoops of your favorite ice cream.
