4 pork chops
2 Tblsp Mother’s Mountain Original Maine Marinade
2 Tblsp Mother’s Mountain Peppercorn Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 small onion, sliced
Trim excess fat from chops. In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, mustard and pepper. Brush both sides of chops with the dressing mixture. Cook chops covered over medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Turn chops. Add sliced onion. Cook covered for 5 to 10 minutes more or until meat is tender. Top chops with onions before serving.
