1 large onion, chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Habanero Heaven
3/4 cup Mother’s Catchup
1/4 cup Mother’s Salsa
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
2 lbs chicken thighs
Freshly ground black pepper
Sauté onion and garlic in oil for 3 minutes or until onions are translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Marinade thighs and grill over low fire about 30 minutes (while grilling, brush often with the sauce) Grill to well done.
