Mother’s Mountain Habanero Heaven Deadly Pepper Sauce was created one Indian Summer day just before the first frost to celebrate our harvest. We prepared our “dragged through the garden” omelet of luscious tomato, onion, peppers and fresh herbs. To top off the autumn feast, we mixed a Bloody Mary batch but discovered we were out of Tabasco. Rather than run to the store that was five miles away we concocted in true Yankee fashion Habanero Heaven a combination of all natural spices and our finest select Habanero from our garden.
1 cup vodka
3 cups spicy tomato juice
1 Tblsp horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tblsp Habanero Heaven
4 celery sticks
Mix first six ingredients in large pitcher. Add a stick of celery to each glass and salt the rim of the glass if you would like. Makes four servings.
