1 lb. of fresh Scrod
1/2 cup of Dijon Dill Sauce
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 lemon sliced in wedges
Rinse fish thoroughly, shake off excess water and pat dry. Place in lightly greased baking dish and pour Dijon Dill Sauce over fish Top with bread crumbs before baking. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°. If you like, serve with lemon wedges.
