Craig & Nan’s Citrus Broiled Salmon

Craig and Nan prepared this elegant dinner in minutes after a full day of work! Serve with rice or crusty Peasant bread.

Orange Rind
Orange Juice
Fresh Ginger
Apple Cider Vinegar
Worcestershire Sauce (Craig’s Choice)
Soy Sauce (Nan’s Preference)
Lemon Juice
Mandarin Oranges (small can)
2 Garlic Cloves
Simmer above in small sauce pan but don’t boil

Broil Salmon

Place Salmon on a bed of salad greens
