4 pork chops
4-6 Tblsp Aunt Ruby’s Red BBQ Sauce
1 small onion, sliced
Trim excess fat from chops. Combine BBQ Baste and pork chops in a skillet and turn so that chops have BBQ Baste on top, too. Cook chops covered over medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Turn chops. Cook covered for 5 to 10 minutes more or until meat is tender. Top chops with onions before serving and fresh ground pepper. Serves 4
