Easy Dijon Dill Baked Fish

Mother’s Mountain Dijon Dill Sauce is for cooking and enhancing the good food that you like to prepare. Every chef has their secret and this is an easy but elegant little recipe.

1 lb. of fresh Scrod
1/2 cup of Dijon Dill Sauce
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 lemon sliced in wedges

Rinse fish thoroughly, shake off excess water and pat dry. Place in lightly greased baking dish and pour Dijon Dill Sauce over fish Top with bread crumbs before baking. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°. If you like, serve with lemon wedges.
