Mother’s Mountain Catchup Chicken

This recipe is tastier the second or third day.

1 4-lb chicken, cut into parts
1/4 cup olive oil
4 Tblsp Mother’s Mountain Zesty Honey Mustard
4 Tblsp Mother’s Mountain Tomato Catchup
2 garlic clove, minced
Fresh ground pepper or a dash of
Fire Eater for spiciness
1 cup breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse chicken thoroughly and dry. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the bread crumbs and chicken. Brush the chicken parts with the mixture, coating all sides of the chicken evenly. Roll the chicken in bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish and bake for 35 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice. Serves 4-6.
