If you would like to make reservations let me know and return the attached form with your deposit of half the total amount. Please indicate the time you wish to reserve but please remember, first come, first served, that the date of the postmark determines the reservation confirmation.
Within two weeks of your expected arrival please send the balance due plus a security deposit of $250.00. Upon receipt we shall send you duplicate directions, the key, and a confirmation letter regarding "your individual check in time" [usually 4 PM] and "your check out time" [usually 11 AM].
